I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in the state of Texas. Also, I am a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor and certified in EMDR. I specializing in working with individuals, families, and children who have experienced trauma and adverse experiences. The theory that guides my counseling comes from believing that you came to be the person you are today as a result of life experiences and biology. Any particular belief or memory cannot be thoroughly understood without a greater knowledge of your social and cultural experiences, family of origin, collective memories, past and current relationships as well as your thoughts and feelings. The combination of these experiences influences the way individuals view and respond to the world. My goal as a counselor is to guide you by provide opportunities where you can safely examine sensitive subjects, gain insight, and discover solutions to your life challenges.
